We have designed 7 different pneumatic parts from 300W to 4000W, which we are constantly improving in order to increase their performance:
Our smallest motor, the MT05 can reach up to 300W of power. It is straight and very compact (motor diameter 36.5 mm). It allows use in a small space and easy integration in robotics.
Our "biggest" motor, small but powerful: 3150W in only 275 mm length. The MT30 range is designed for applications requiring high power in a small space.
We have designed 5 gearboxes that are individually equipped with a wide variety of reduction gears to offer a wide range of speeds and torques for the same motor power. Built with quality materials, we also pay attention to their high resistance so that the gearbox can withstand intensive use while preserving its performance.

We work with a wide variety of customers, so we have developed flanges and outlets for each application as standard on our motors. In addition, if you do not find the interface that suits you among our standard offer, we will be able to design an interface especially for you, after studying your specifications. For example, we have conical outlets adapted to the attachment of a tap holder, which allows our handle motors to be used as tapping machines.
We have developed a right angle head on our motors from size 08 up to size 30 to increase the compactness and thus reduce the size of the motorization. These right angle heads are divided into three sizes in order to reduce the weight and space requirement of the motor (RA20, RA25 and RA30). With the right angle head, we offer an additional reduction that allows to control the motor performance so that it fits as closely as possible to our customers' requirements.
Motor families are another way to read our range of air motors. For better readability and understanding of our offer, we have divided our range of air solutions into four families:
Our easy duty motors are not equipped with a reduction gearbox and are suitable for applications with high speed and low torque.
The motors of the standard duty family have a compact reduction gearbox of the same size as the pneumatic part in order to provide intermediate torque and speed values.
Our heavy duty airmotors are equipped with a powerful reduction gearbox which we also use on engine outputs of the higher category. This allows us to increase the torque while reducing the speed range of our motors to meet your requirements as closely as possible.
We also offer a very large gearbox on Super Heavy Duty engines. These engines are equipped with a compact pneumatic part. Very resistant, this gearbox will withstand very high torques and offer a low speed required for very precise applications.
The entire range is modular and fully compatible so as to offer a very high degree of versatility and a wide and optimised range of functions. By associating a pneumatic part with a reduction part and a motor interface, we provide a modular solution that will allow to adapt the torque, the motor speed, but also the machine interface (flange, output, right angle head) so that the global solution is as easy as possible to integrate.
Despite the great diversity of our offer, we have limited the number of components in order to be able to offer an excellent service rate. All spare parts are available in stock, which allows us to ship them within one day anywhere in the world. We will not let an after sales service penalize your productivity!
In order to help you in your maintenance operations we have created maintenance kits containing precisely the wearing parts to be replaced each year on our motors. This allows you to anticipate preventive interventions on the motors in order to be operational more quickly.

By producing such a wide and versatile range of motors, Modec meets the most exacting requirements and thus pushes back the limits of the use of air motors.
We remind you that the great robustness of our motors is very suitable for intensive use. They are 3 times more compact than an electric motor and moreover, they meet the Atex specifications by design (can be certified on request, as an option).
Moreover, as the whole range is built on the same bases (a user interface, a pneumatic part, a reduction part and a machine interface), the great diversity of the proposed solutions is not a constraint for the user who will be able to find very easily in standard and on stock, all the parts necessary for the maintenance or the replacement of all or part of the motor.
